Hardbox issue is dated 1966 and features motorized propeller action and Tom Morgan boxart. Molded in yellow and clear. The kit has never been started. The motor parts are are still in the factory sealed bag and all other parts have been inventoried complete with decals and instructions. The Stearman was the last standard biplane produced for the Army and Naval Air Forces. Production was over 10,000 planes, making if more prolific than any other US Biplane design. Kaydets help to train over 60,000 allied airmen in WWII.

It has been reported the light construction of the aircraft prevented the ship's AA ammunition proximity fuses from detonating. The type was also reported to have been used by Indonesian forces against Dutch colonial rule in 1947.

Hard-to-find model from 1983 of the PR9. This variant was a further development of the successful Canberra PR7. The differences were major including an offset canopy, modified wings and more powerful engines. This model includes decals for three RAF machines in camo or natural silver decoration: NO. 39 Sq 1974, No. 13 Sq. RAF Cyprus 1970 and NO. 58 Sq 1963. There is a full color painting guide on the back of the box with three view of each aircraft. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.
