Hasegawa Japan-only issue with unique box art and beautiful, full color painting guide for four aircraft. Very well molded but older kit. Features Betty Bomber and Ohka with ground stand/parent aircraft mounting dolly. Has markings for 4 aircraft. Three are Ohka launchers. The fourth is one of two unique Betty's that flew to meet the Allies for surrender in 1945. These aircraft are white with large green crosses. The kit has never been started. Kit features traditional wood/tissue construction, large insignia sheet, detailed full size plans that include text building instructions and additional construction drawings, fully formed & finished main and tail wheels & thrust button, hardware, tissue, clear canopy material and pattern, propeller, rubber motor and more. The model has not been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. Comet was a famous manufacturer of stick and tissue flying and static models. In the 1930s Great Depression, they lead the low-priced kit revolution with the "Dime Scale" kits and famous advertisements in Model Airplane News magazine and others. Comet reached it's peak in the 1930s when they acquired the services of Carl Goldberg. Goldberg was a highly accomplished modeler with articles in Model Airplane News and famous designs that won him several National level competitions in the 1930s and beyond. (Carl Goldberg went on to found his own company and produced well designed and popular free-flight and RC aircraft). Comet survived the post World War economic slump and continued kit production until they were bought out by long-time competitor Guillow's in 1998.

Very nice model of this unusual 1930s American Observation aircraft. The O-47 was one of the few American aircraft in operation in the Philippines Combat Zone during the invasion of 1942. This limited injection molded model includes photoetched details, film instruments and highly detailed cockpit. Never started. Factory sealed bag with decals and instructions.

Low level strike aircraft have a shorter airframe life limit due to the stresses of low level flying, so the Buccaneer was designed to be very strong and even had many sub-assemblies milled from solid metal. The actual kit features a opening unique rotating bomb bay, folding wings, pilot figure, working arresting hook and more.

Still factory sealed. Detailed kit of one of the first Advanced Early Warning radar aircraft for the Navy. Features detailed interior, landing gear, wing mounted fuel tanks and 65 parts to builds one of three versions: Marines VMC-1 from the Korean War, British Royal Navy 849 Sq and US Navy VC-11 from the Korean War. US versions are from 1950 (Korean War) and Royal Navy version is Squadron 849, 1956.

Very highly detailed 1/144 scale resin kit of this beautiful aircraft. The parts are still in the internally sealed bags. Includes decals and instructions. The Rainbow was not only beautiful but was very fast with a top speed of 460 MPH. Designed as a long range high speed reconnaissance aircraft for the Pacific theater, the design was brilliant and successful. However, the USAAF decided to use modified B-29s (RB-29) instead.
