Still factory sealed. This rare second issue was is directly from the collection of the original owner and was purchased new on April 1, 1963. The Type 2 logo paper header is in 'Good+' condition. Molded in the correct light ivory/gray plastic and correct early, two-piece clear Airfix 'teardrop-base' stand. Airfix's second logo for plastic models is known among collectors as the 'Type Two' or 'T2' logo and was used from the late 1950s into the early 1960s.

1968 Chrome Plated version with John Andrews artwork. The chrome plating is in 'average' condition. Well detailed model for that time with full cockpit for pilot and observer, rear gun and spare ammo casings, opening canopy, detailed engine and optional bomb load. All clear protection sleeves are still intact and the parts are well protected and separated for safe shipment. Never started. Inventoried and NOTE: missing (1) small part, the propeller retainer (easily made). Otherwise complete with all other parts, decals and instructions present.
