1/72 002 Veeday Yakovlev Yak-15 - Sample Release
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Exc
Rare, historically significant injection molded model. Veeday was a British company that produced some of the earliest 'short run' injection molded kits. Production lasted from 1978 to 1982. In all, 16 kits were issued if you count the Cierva C30 RAF and the C30 civil issue as two kits. Less than 1000 of each kit was produced and all kits were boxed. Two bagged kits (Pfalz D.XII and Spitfire 24) were issued after Veeday ceased production by someone who purchased the left-over stock. This kit has never been started - all parts and decals are present. However, NOTE: the instructions are missing. That is probably why it is labeled a "Sample Only."
