From 1979. This large 1/48 scale model features over 75 pieces, a detailed ground trolley, full landing gear and wing tip outriggers, cockpit detail, external fuel tanks, simulated intelligence equipment, options to build your choice of camera bay windows and more. Includes paint guide and markings for all aircraft listed above; the NASA decals and paint are quite colorful and represent 'Earth Survey Aircraft no. 4'. Never started. It has been inventoried and the actual aircraft is complete but NOTE: missing both pilot figures. Complete with all other parts, decals and instructions present. NOTE: The tiebar is broken but both parts are present and fit back together perfectly. The U-2C was the variant the Francis Gary Powers was flying on the mission over Russia.
