Vacuform Model Kit
Very, very rare; so rare that this manufacture never even made Burn's Kit Guide. T.C. Ghosts made a number of large 1/32 scale vacuform models. T.C. Ghosts would sometimes include color photocopies of the other available kits with your model; from this, we know a little bit about the product line. The first kit was number 32-01, the Luscombe 8A. The number and sequence of the next kits is not know, but they included the Globe/TEMCO Swift, Cessna 140A and Cessna 140. Other kits may have been produced. This model features white plastic vacuformed main airframe parts with very light recessed detail, resin propeller, two resin main landing gear wheels/tires, two clear plastic sheets for side windows and front windshield, for windows, stock plastic & metal as required, full-size, multi-view plans for the aircraft, windshield, landing gear struts & wing struts, patterns for a special fixture for assembly and two pages of detailed text assembly instructions. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes all paperwork. There is mout damage to the upper corner of the instructions but this does not interfere with assembly. Please note that vacuform models are not recommended for beginners; they are only recommended for builders with a lot of experience with type of kit, excellent scratch building skills and a well-stocked spare parts box. The require a great deal of skill and patience.
