First issue hardbox from 1958 with famous 'S' box art. Not the 1990s reissue. This model kit features the Redstone Ballistic Missile, portable launch pad, mobile radar van, testing unit and three man crew. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The box top displays as 'excellent' but is graded 'very good++' because there is are two small closed tears on the tape at the middle of the left long side.
