Rare, original issue 4-Star kit from 1961. The box is in 'excellent+' condition with like new color and gloss and light general wear as shown. Very highly detailed for that time and features a unique system for retracting and extending the landing gear: when you pull the propeller outward and rotate it CCW, the landing gear retracts. Pull it outward and rotate it CW, and the gear extends. Push the prop in, and it freewheels as normal. Also features movable ailerons, elevator and rudder, detailed cockpit, sliding canopy, pilot figure and more. Includes rigging material and instructions for rigging. Molded in the correct red, yellow, silver and clear plastic. The original internal yellow cardboard presentation material is present and in 'near mint' condition. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present Decals and instructions are in amazing 'near mint' condition.
