Still factory sealed. This 1994 Monogram issue is from the original Aurora molds which Monogram purchased in the late 1970s. The kit features the movie Bella Lugosi Dracula figure, flowing cape, tree stump, bats, display base, glow-in-the-dark paint, paint brush and glue. The Aurora Monsters of the Movies were incredibly popular, so the demise of Aurora was a sad day for figure modelers. However, Monogram knew this and had between 3 and 4 reissues of some of the monsters in the 1980s and 1990s. In 1994 the series included Frankenstein, Wolf Man, Dracula and The Mummy. All four had the glow paint, brush and glue included. Monogram still had to pay a license fee to Universal every time the did a reissue of these famous kits.
