Includes the following factory-sealed aftermarket sets: True Details 48811 Mosquito Mk.VK Cockpit Detail Set (designed for this kit), Squadron #9532 Crystal Clear Canopies for 1/48 Mosquito FBVI (2 canopies included) and True Details 48093 1/48 Mosquito Resin Wheel Set (early style block tread). The actual kit is the 1973 release. It is well detailed and molded from the original 1960s 'Four Star' molds. Features all parts and decals required to build one of four variants: NF II Night Fighter, MK. IV Day Bomber, FB VI Fighter Bomber and Mosquito II Night Intruder. Also includes detailed cockpit, crew of two, detailed bomb bay with bomb load, optional position bomb bay doors, retracted or extended landing gear, rotating wheels & propellers, slipper tanks, external bomb & rocket load and more. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes Airfix decals and instructions. NOTE: the Monogram decals are missing. The Airfix decals are in 'near mint' condition and include markings for two different FBVI Mosquitos.
