Early 1950s hard box with the very early round Lindberg logo. This is the true first Lindberg issue and it sports impressive Ray Gaedke artwork. The kit features fine raised surface detail, recessed control surface outlines, pilot & seat, full landing gear, two large wing-mounted drop tanks and more. Includes the large, early two-piece display stand with the Thunderceptor name plate. Molded in the correct high gloss silver and clear. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. Decals and instructions are both in 'excellent' condition.
