Very well molded injection molded model with all fine recessed panel lines. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The AR-80 was Arado's entry to compete with the German Air Ministry's request for a new fighter to replace the existing He-51 and AR-68. The other aircraft in competition with the Ar-80 were the Fw-159, He-112 and Bf-109. Despite loosing to the '109, several were built for testing and other purposes.
