1/125 L705 Heller DC-8 Super Jet UTA - Union de Transports Aeriens

Very rare. From the early to mid 1960s. Early Heller kits had some wonderful engineering (such as in the Etendard IV) and this model is no exception. It has retractable landing gear and closing gear doors, and without painting it will look very much like the airplane on the box top. Molded in white, silver/gray, clear and includes black rubber tires. The fuselage lower section is molded in silver along with the wings and engines, and the upper fuselage is in white. There is one large sheet of very colorful TAI decals including complete side pinstripes and tail design in 'excellent' condition and still protected by the factory wax paper. The landing gear and gear doors also function on this model. It even includes a factory tube of glue in a yellow capsule. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.
