Rare 1966 hardbox issue with Tom Morgan artwork. This well detailed model of the early Jupiter launch vehicle features 360 degree rotating launch stand and base, working aerodynamic fin surfaces, Explorer satellite payload, ground crew and more. Includes full decals and lapel pin. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. The box displays 'near mint' but is graded 'excellent' because there is some creasing on the left long box side.
