Still factory sealed. These decals are in 'excellent++' condition and have always been stored in a climate controlled residence. Light yellowing (as shown in the photo) is the only flaw; remove this by taping them up a window facing the sun for several bright days. Includes a full color paint & reference guide. On this website are two articles that fully explain how to save or reproduce older decals; please read read these before using any older model kit or aftermarket decals. Because USPS handles envelopes roughly by bending them from 90 to 180 degrees in a sorting machine, I will only ship decals in a box; so to save on shipping, order decals with model kits so they ship together.
