Still factory sealed. This rare first issue was purchased on June 1, 1961 and is directly from the collection of the original owner. The Type 1 logo paper header is in 'very good' condition. Molded in the correct light gray plastic (I have seen this kit is gray and green) with a clear canopy and correct early. two-piece clear Airfix 'teardrop-base' stand. Airfix's first logo for plastic models is known among collectors as the 'Type One' or 'T1' logo and was used for short time in the 1950s/very early 1960s.
