Still factory sealed and rare with a 'Near Mint' condition Type 2 logo paper header. This model was purchased new in 1961 and is straight from the collection of the original owner. Molded in the correct silver plastic with a clear canopy and correct early. two-piece clear Airfix 'teardrop-base' stand. Airfix used the 'T2' logo from the late 1950s to the early 1960s.
