In the 1960s Airfix re-imaged with a new 'Type 3' logo and all-new box art; the excellent HMS Hood model looks great in both. This full hull model is finely molded & detailed for that time, like the overwhelming majority of the Airfix ship range. Features full hull, propeller & rudder detail, separately molded main turret & main guns, secondary turrets and AA armament, detailed superstructure, deck fittings, boats & davits and much more. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions.
