Pre 'S' first issue dated 1955, which is considered the 'Golden Age' of box artwork. Inside, this well-molded model features fine surface detail, rotating wheels, cockpit & pilot and more. Includes the famous 'Revelving' clear globe stand. Molded in gloss silver and clear. Never started. It has been inventoried 100% complete and includes decals and instructions. The decals are flat, only have the slightest bit of yellow and are 100% intact but NOTE: there is bug damage to the backing paper only, especially along the bottom edge. There is no damage to the actual transfers.

1954 issue of this classic kit. This is the second Pre 'S' release. Note that the artwork is a modified version of the first release. Inside, the kit is exactly as it left the factory. The small parts are still factory sealed in the small clear bag; the large parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions. The box top would grade higher than 'very good++' but is rated as such because of a very light scuff just above the cockpit canopy and creasing in the lower part of the 'Revell' logo at the lower left.

SALE!! Includes two complete models. This is not the old Aurora D-3 but is from new molds. Oeffag modified the German DIII design with a stronger airframe and engine, making a superior fighter to the German machine. When the Germans tried to upgrade to the DV, the Austro-Hungarian air arm did not need to. The plane performed very well against a numerically superior enemy and was the favorite mount of many of Austria's Aces. The model includes markings for Austria's leading ace with 35 victories, Godwin Brumowski. The large decal sheet also includes marking for his other Albatros and two other Austrian aces as well. Kit #1 is still in the factory sealed bag. Kit #2 is never started and has been inventoried complete. Includes one set of decals and one instruction sheet.

From 1979 and the original Matchbox molds. Markings are included for Finnish LeLv 46 1942, Luftwaffe 1/Kustenfliegergruppe 706 Denmark 1940 and 1/Kustenfliegergruppe 406 Tromso Norway 1942. The last group took part in the attacks on Convoy PQ17 in June/July of 1942 in which 23 of 36 vessels were sunk by air attack and U-boats. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: there is some bug damage to the instructions, but it does not interfere with using them for assembly.

It was intended to be a high speed, long range heavy attack fighter with an ejection seat and pressurized cockpit. Four were built, but the RLM never assigned any priority to the project. By that time, jets showed more promise and work was stopped.
