Still factory sealed but the seal has splits at the left side. This model features 'Struct-O-Speed' fully prefabricated construction, all die-cut balsa parts, detailed instructions, propeller and more. Comet was a famous manufacturer of stick and tissue flying and static models. In the 1930s Great Depression, they lead the low-priced kit revolution with the "Dime Scale" kits and famous advertisements in Model Airplane News magazine and others. Comet reached it's peak in the 1930s when they acquired the services of Carl Goldberg. Goldberg was a highly accomplished modeler with articles in Model Airplane News and famous designs that won him several National level competitions in the 1930s and beyond. (Carl Goldberg went on to found his own company and produced well designed and popular free-flight and RC aircraft). Comet survived the post World War economic slump and continued kit production until they were bought out by long-time competitor Guillow's in 1998.

1960 Picture Fleet issue with framable John Steel artwork. The box is in 'excellent+' condition which is rare for these 'textured' box tops. This is a very well detailed, large scale model that features full hull, propeller and rudder, detailed helicopter, life boats, Captain's launch, movable gun turret, swiveling cranes, antennas, masts and more. Never started. The parts and all paperwork are still in the internal factory sealed bag; literally everything in the box is factory sealed.

Features 1/25 scale motorcycle with full frame build like the actual vehicle, detailed engine, spoked chrome wheels and much more. The optional sidecar is also well detailed and even includes an interior seat and floor. Molded in black and gray plastic and with many chrome plated parts. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes "BMW" logo tank insignia and instructions. MK Modelle was a West German model kit and toy manufacturer. They had an extensive line which included many rare antique cars; in some cases, these are the only kits ever made of those historic automobiles.

Unique aircraft with a great history. The aircraft was created by Arthur Sack in his private shop. Originally, he built and flew models with this wing configuration. He was successful after 6 years of testing, and he created the prototype from wood. As the plane neared completion, he ask for help from Luftwaffe ground units. The Luftwaffe tested the aircraft but had no success. The 'Flying Beertray' was destroyed during the retreat from the Brandis areas. Limited run model. Includes cast resin details.
