Very large kit that is highly detailed featuring full cockpit and cargo bay interior, guns, optional position crew and cargo bay doors and much more. The kit has never been started. One tray has all of the parts still in the factory sealed bag. The other tray have been inventoried and NOTE: missing one tiny part, clear window #118. Easily replaced by using clear glue since it is so small. With decals and instructions. Please note that one control yoke is a different color plastic; it is from the same kit but a later issue. Please NOTE: this is a large kit, but Testors used an even bigger oversize box than was needed. If you don't care about the external box, I can ship this kit for slightly less without the box.

Large and very highly detailed multi-media model with plastic, metal and rubber parts. Features working lights, engine was designed to be motorized with the included Mabuchi 130 electric motor, working expanding and contracting struts, real rubber tires, super detailed instrument panel and full interior. The engine detail is incredible and could be considered a kit itself. Each cylinder head is 31 parts - 30 of which are metal cooling fins. The engine alone is over 150 parts. Firewall detail is complete as in the actual aircraft. Five scale, positionable figures are included. There is a full color painting brochure and beautiful decals are included to reproduce the detailed two-tone blue striping on the box art. The kit has never been started. All small metal and multi-media parts are still in the factory sealed plastic blisters. All other parts are still in the factory sealed clear bags. Includes decals in 'as-new' factory sealed condition. With instructions but NOTE: the instructions are photocopies and of below average quality. The original instructions are missing. These instructions are sufficient for using the illustrated diagrams, of which there are one or more for each step. However, the text part of the instructions is too fuzzy to read. This kit must be shipped insured.

Rare. Very large 1/20 scale and widely considered the finest injection molded civil helicopter kit ever made. Deluxe multi-media action kit with many metal, plastic, rubber and other parts. Features super detailed cabin down to the seat belt buckles, complete engine which can be installed or displayed on the included engine stand (the engine is a model unto itself), detailed rotors & hub assembly and more. Has fully motorized main and tail rotors with transmission boxes and even the Mabuchi 280 motor is included. The main landing light is functional. Includes a display/battery base and a unique four control wired remote control for the lights and rotors. Includes four positionable action figures and a large decal sheet and color painting guide for 5 helicopters including one of USA registration. Never started. All of the small metal and hardware parts are still in the factory sealed blisters & bags. Most plastic parts are still factory sealed; however, three trees and the figures were not sealed. They have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions. NOTE: the decals are partially stuck to the bottom of the inside of the box. There will be some tearing when they are removed.

The 3rd issue dated 1967 from the superb original 1957 'Four Star' molds. This has long been one of my favorite Monogram models to build because of the incredible fit and finish, very good detail and scale appearance. Features retracting landing gear, rotating wheels and propellers, three man crew, optional position door and survivors in a life raft. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The Albatross was the primary sea rescue aircraft of the Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service, a branch of MAC - Military Airlift Command. Operational service began in 1947 and Hu-16s saw wartime action in Vietnam.

Rare first issue from 1956 with the one-year only rectangular Northern Lights logo. Earlier in the 1950s a company called 'Helicopters for Industry' created a line of large-scale early helicopter kits. In 1956 Aurora bought the molds and quickly reissued these models with new box artwork. This model features cockpit, spinning rotors, rotating wheels and opening doors. Molded in the correct gloss silver and clear plastic. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present.
