Very large 34 inch long wooden ship kit. Features a beautiful hardwood pre-carved hull, assorted hardwood stock, tapered masts and yards, extensive metal fittings, rigging material, three very large full size plan sheets, instructions and more. The kit has never been started and is still in the original factory cardboard shipping box. It is complete. The Flying Fish was the fourth clipper from the famous Mr. McKay, who designed the Stag Hound, Flying Cloud and Staffordshire.

Very rare factory sealed kit for the advanced Aurora collector. The model came from the first owner of the kit who bought it new. In those days, Aurora sealed kits with two very thin strips of tape on the box top sides extending to the bottom of the box. This box still has those two tape seals intact. The box condition is excellent with like new color and gloss and no price tags. Second issue of this classic kit. Although dated 1956, this kit is from 1957/58 and carries the then-new oval sunburst with 'Famous Fighters' in the boarder. In keeping with a quick and inexpensive change over, the box utilizes the 1956 artwork, but yellows out the 'Northern Lights' rectangle and adds the new oval.

Hard to find scale kit of the Snark, tow tractor, launcher and crew of four. Launch pad has wheels that rotate and the launcher can be realistically moved from the transport to the launch configuration. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.
