Wood Model Kit, Box Condition: VG+
From the 1940s or very early 1950s. The scale is not given, but the wingspan is 8 inches. This is a higher-quality solid wood scale kit featuring all die-cut balsa parts, bread-and-butter fuselage constructions, die cut wings, printwood tail feathers and other parts, fully finished wheels, clear vacuform canopy (in like-new condition, very highly detailed plans with templates, step-by-step construction and even a painting guide. Never started and complete. The original part number of this kit was 25 S9, but the factory over-stamped it with the number listed.
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: VG
Includes TWO kits in one box. Both are well detailed. 8045 also includes brass photoetched parts, film instruments, mask set and color decals with painting guide. 8045 has never been started. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions. 8005 has no assembly and is complete but NOTE: some interior parts are airbrushed the correct color, and and both ailerons have been professionally razor sawed and are ready to mount drooped or raised.

Rare and even more so with the hard-to-find fittings kit. Very large scale plank-on-frame kit that has a 7 inch beam and 51 inch length when assembled. The parts are die-cut plywood or balsa. Intended power is two 6 or 12 volt electric motors. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still all factory sealed. The parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete and it includes all paperwork.

Very limited edition exact replica of the historic Frog Penguin kit. Nicely molded. Also includes photocopies of the original Penguin instructions. The kit has never been started and is complete with all parts and paperwork. In the late 1930s, before WWII, Frog created the world's first line of injection molded plastic model kits. Since Frog stood for 'Flies Right Off the Ground' and Frog had a famous line of flying models, the world's first all injection molded kits were called Frog Penguin for the bird that does not fly. The Penguin Hart was among the early pre-war releases by Frog.

Motorized with included Mabuchi Mini-Baby motor. Nicely molded older kit. Features all fine recessed panel lines, parts for three variants, cockpit detail and pilot figure. Includes a very large decal sheet for at least the four aircraft listed - perhaps more. There is a full color painting guide on the bottom of the box for these four aircraft, and an additional painting guide for other aircraft in the instructions. The model has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, motor, decals and instructions present.

Very rare first issue. Of the Brooklyn series, this is usually considered the hardest kit to find. Inside, the kit is 100% correct with no rivet detail, no bombs and no landing gear. The color is the unique first run non-metallic medium red with clear canopy and stand. The stand is the correct square one marked 'Brooklyn.' The instructions are correct Brooklyn also, and the decals are the proper early 'Tatem Company' issue with the swastika. The box grades 'very good+++' It has four solid corners, no missing litho or litho tears, no repairs, no price tags or tape (other than the factory sealing tape). There is general light shelf and edge wear. This kit has never been started. It has been inventoried 100% complete with all parts, 'very good++' decals and 'excellent' instructions. This kit must be shipped insured.

Very rare. Full-hull model features injection molded main parts, numerous high quality resin and photoetched details, three types of aircraft, full quad-propellers and dual rudders, complete AA gun battery, complete brass photoetched railings, girders and inner bracing where visible at the stern and bow, ships boats, detailed island, rigging instructions and three types of very highly detailed aircraft. The kit has never been started. All resin and PE parts are still factory sealed. The injection molded parts have been inventoried complete. Includes full decals, paint guide and excellent, highly illustrated instructions.

SPECIAL ORDER vacuform kit. Not shipped from stock. Kit is molded upon receipt of payment. Time from receipt to shipping your kit is usually 8 to 10 weeks. Kit includes resin and/or metal details -clear canopy and full size plans/instructions. Details included will vary from kit to kit but may contain landing struts - wheels - props - engines (not jets) - some cockpit parts - seats - etc. Other parts will need to be scratch built or from your spares box. Decals not furnished. Vacuform kits are only recommended for modelers who are experienced with this type of model. Special skills and scratch building experience are required. Rare North American factory give away model with the famous weighted "Globe" base. Base and aircraft have no damage and are in excellent condition. The aircraft has the original decals in fair condition. There are no cracks and the plastic has an excellent shine as new. The entire display measures 8 inches in length.

Contains markings for four Air Forces. The first Sycamore flew in 1947 and deliveries continued until 1957. This very successful design was in use well into the 1970s. From the early 1950s. Comet advertises that the Struct-O-Speed series 'Puts Itself Together...That Quick!' on the box top. These kits were very highly prefabricated for their time, and in comparison to the regular stick and tissue models, the claim is not unfounded. Features three sheets of die-cut balsa wood main parts, 13 inch wingspan, finished wooden wheels, rubber motor, plastic prop and bushing (although the instructions show a balsa prop),paper insignia and full plans/instructions. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts and excellent plans. Die-cut wooden parts have not been punched out and are intact in the sheets.

Still factory sealed and from the 1950s. Has minimal wear - rare in this condition. Difficult-to-find cellovision issue of the Civil Tu-16 Badger with great Ray Gaedke box art. Has trading card on the back and the clear window is in perfect condition. Small scale kit measures about 8 or 9 inches long.
