Unusual and hard to find kit. Nicely detailed that includes parts to build stock or 429 Boss street racer. Features stock 4 cylinder overhead cam engine, opening hood, detailed engine compartment, full interior, separately molded suspension and exhaust, optional 429 V-8, Hi-Rise hood, side pipes, American mags, gauges, tach, custom shifter, custom decal treatments and more. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. The chrome and clear were never factory sealed have been inventoried complete including (excellent) decals and instructions.

From 1962. Original issue special box that forms a dust-free display for your completed model. The box can be hung on your wall, and when you lift up the lid, the clear plastic is still present. Kit is nicely done and includes numerous parts so you can build it one of three ways. The kit has never been started. NOTE: missing decals, display engine, body putty and sandpaper. Otherwise inventoried with all other parts present and the instructions. Two inner wheels may be replacements, but they fit and will not show if the car is assembled.

Large-scale kit that is very highly detailed and builds up like the actual car. The engine alone is a masterpiece and a kit in itself. Also includes brake lines, cables, cockpit instrument wiring, ignition wiring, completely detailed chassis, working suspension, full interior and much more. Molded in bright red, white, black, silver, dark gold, chrome plate, a very large number of flexible lines, rubber tires and metal parts (such as suspension springs). The kit has not been started. First issue from 1956 with Northern Lights logo. This logo was only used for this one year - in 1957 it was replaced by the 'Famous Fighters' oval 'Sunburst'. The box artist on this issue is Jim Cox, the first model box artist for Aurora. (Please read the article about Mr. Cox on this website) This kit is part of a very successful WWI aircraft line in 1/48 scale that Aurora introduced this year. The line sold so well that kits were added to it into the 1960s. Molded in the glossy olive drab green and black. This kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

Airframe De Havilland DH-90 Dragonfly - Bagged, 1/72

Still factory sealed. Although the Dragonfly looks like a scaled down DH-89 Rapide, it was in fact totally different in constructions. First flown in 1935, the Dragonfly was an executive aircraft but also saw service in the military. 66 DH-90s were built and they were used in 24 countries. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police used four aircraft (VF-MPS to PD) to combat rum running off the coast of Nova Scotia.

Lindberg Auburn 1935 Supercharged 851 Boattail Speedster - (From Modified ex Pyro Molds), 1/25, 72324

Still factory sealed. 2000 issue. The '35 Auburn weighed 4200 lbs. and was one of the few cars of that time to have hydraulic brakes. Power came from a 150hp (@4000) supercharged engine with three inch exhaust pipes that easily sped the car to over 100 mph. Ab Jenkins set a record with a stock issue 851 at Bonneville Salt Flats in July of 1935, and became the first one to pilot a stock car for over 12 hours at an average of over 100 mph. Very nicely molded kit from old Pyro molds. Molded in white, clear and chromed plastic with real rubber tires. Features detailed engine, hinging/opening hood and good interior detail.

Rare in this condition. Original hardbox issue dated 1961 that grades 'excellent+.' It features great color and gloss, four solid corners, no tape or tape marks, no price tags or marks, no torn litho and no fading. The only flaws are light general wear as shown, very light discoloration and a small stain on the box side. Features detailed engine and compartment, opening hood, molded underside detail with separate torsion bar suspension, lowered or stock height body, complete interior, top boot and numerous 'Hi-Style' accessories to make a custom of your choice. Includes Master Modelers Stamp H1239 of the Mercedes Benz 190SL. Molded in tan, clear, chrome plate and with real rubber tires. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals (for whitewalls) and instructions.

Very hard-to-find first issue from 1961 with the factory painted hull below the waterline. The factory paint is 'excellent.' The hardbox features beautiful John Steel framable box art titled 'Victory Off Cherbourg', site of the Kearsarge's famous duel with the Confederate ship Alabama off the coast of France. Very large 1/96 scale ship that measures 34.5 inches long when assembled. Very highly detailed and well molded. Features pre-formed ratlines, two position gun ports, guns that turn and elevate, movable propeller, special stand and name plate and 20 action figures. Molded in black, ivory/white, dark wood and light wood tan. Inside the kit has never been started. Some parts are still in factory sealed bags. The ones not sealed have been inventoried with all parts present. Complete with rigging material, metal chains, rat lines, instructions, rigging diagrams, flag sheet and historical booklet.
