Early 1960s narrow box issue that contains a full frame, T Body, cockpit tarp, custom instrument panel, T Roadster turtle deck, drag chute, bucket seat, T radiator shell, steering column, custom steering wheel, pedal-steering box assembly, roll bar and braces. Molded in white and red plastic. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions on the back of the box.

Rare. Factory sealed card-mounted 'Custom Car Parts' from the early to mid 1960. Includes a wide variety of clear headlight sizes, two different bubble tops and a huge variety of red-tinted clear stock and custom tail light lenses and panels. Parts are molded in clear and red and the instructions are on the reverse of the card.

'Green Background' 'S' issue. This is one of two 'S' versions from 1956, making this model the 2nd or 3rd issue. The other 'S' version has a light blue background. The 1st and 2nd issues were Pre-S. Instead of the storyboard history of the ship on the side panels, both S issues have pictures of Revell's extensive kit line on the sides and the "S" logo on the short ends. Revell's early ship models were remarkably detailed. This kit is no exception and has excellent detail. Kit comes with preformed ratlines and full rigging instructions. Never started. Parts are still sealed in the factory bag. Includes assembly/rigging instructions, rigging material and flag sheet. Even includes the small sealed tube of Revell "S" Cement.

The actual kit is the 1974 'short box' second issue. NOTE: builder only, please read carefully. Very highly detailed kit with complete interior features, folding wings, elevating and rotating tail gun, prop and arresting gear, optional position gun compartment doors, canopy, and bomber or torpedo versions with markings for three aircraft including the yellow-winged pre-war versions and Torpedo 8 from the Battle of Midway. NOTE: this kit has very neatly airbrushed painting of some parts. The interior parts have been airbrushed zinc chromate green. Quality of paint is professional. Some small parts (machine gun, cockpit, etc) have been painted black and aluminum; quality is also professional. The top outer wing panels have been airbrush primed (also professional). There is no other painting. There is very minor assembly; the two tiny lower fuselage side windows are glued in as is the seat in the cockpit; both are professional quality. There is no other assembly. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The instructions have bug damage but are fully readable.

NOTE: missing interior parts (interior tub, seat assemblies, dash, wheel, fan, pedals, steering shaft) and one clear headlight lens. Otherwise inventoried with all other parts, decals, metal chain and instructions present. This kit was very difficult to inventory as there are no part numbers and no part layout photo. If you have a Kenworth conventional, you can use the interior in that kit for this one.
