Kit includes both models. Very nicely detailed. The Antoinette was the first plane in the world to attain an altitude of 500 feet, and the Voisin made the first city-to-city powered flight. These are unique and accurate kits. The original internal frame structure and details of the aircraft is built from injection molded plastic. When complete, it is covered with a very strong fabric which is included. The result is a very realistic aircraft. The kits have never been started. The Antoinette has been inventoried 100% complete and the Farman is missing #13 (lower pilot's tub) and is otherwise complete. Includes covering material, Testors covering glue (which is evaporated) and instructions.

Original dealer promotional model. Like all originals, it has a natural aluminum metal chassis with no markings. This is a celluloid plastic body, but it is surprisingly straight; there is slight warping, but it is better than 90% of the survivors. The tires show no signs of wear, and the front and rear chrome is 'very good+++' condition. The windshield is also very nice and is factory-tinted, but it needs cleaned. The silver trim has been painted to 'excellent' quality by the previous owner. I believe he may have painted or repainted the blue lower body color as well. This was a friction motor car but the previous owner removed the friction motor (but kept the original chassis, axles and even the drive gear). The box is not original.

It includes instructions, two very large electric motors (1/38 " diameter and 2" inches long), metal motor mounts, hardwood parts, and a Hitec SP-2000 unit, which I believe is a speed control. The actual kit features quality pre-cut hardwood parts and full metal fittings. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes detailed plans. The model is still in the original shipping box from Model Expo and will be shipped in that box unless you request otherwise.

The SVA-5 was a highly successful Italian WWI design that saw service up to 1929. The aircraft was very fast for its time and the Italians wisely used it for strategic recon and bombing. the SVA-5 flew legendary missions over 500 miles in length, returning with valuable photos. After the war, the aircraft was flown by Argentina, Brazil, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Holland, Peru, Poland, the Soviet Union, Spain and the United States. One even flew from Rome to Tokyo. Never started. Factory sealed bag or 100% inventoried with all parts/decals and instructions present.

Still factory sealed. From 1977 with John Steel box art. An excellent kit with simplified assembly. The scale is not mentioned but this one measures just over 16.5 inches (~42 cm) inches long when assembled. I estimate that it has very close to 80 parts. Features finely engraved one piece hull, detailed deck with all fittings, one-piece masts and yards, molded ratlines, superb vacuform sails (some of the best I have seen), rigging thread, rigging instructions, display stand and decals. Molded in black, wood tan and the sails in ivory vacuform plastic.
