Superb large-scale model of this beautiful off-shore oil exploration boat built by Halter Marine, Inc. Features all die-cut hardwood and plywood parts, plank-on-frame construction, complete deck fittings, full size plan, detailed text instructions and even a Dumas Running Hardware Set #2332. Although it says it is for the 'Dauntless, ' it was standard procedure for Dumas to denote one part number of running set to a large number of kits. The kit has never been started. Many of the parts are still factory sealed. The ones that were not have been inventoried complete with the instructions and plans. NOTE: Unless you specify otherwise, this kit will ship in the very sturdy white packing box that it came in. If you wish, I can repack it in another box. If so, additional shipping fees will be required.

From 1965. Nicely molded for that time with fine panel line detail and no rivets. Features separately molded ailerons, elevators, rudder, crew of two and torpedo loadout This kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Box art is by the famous Jo Kotula who did 1930s covers for the magazine 'Model Airplane News' and later the Aurora box art of the late 1950s. Air Lines kits are all Frog molds that the Lines Brothers imported to the USA between 1964-1966. The kits, decals and instructions were made in England, then imported to the USA where Testors created the boxes with the colorful trading cards on the back. There are two trading cards on each box which show the boxart but not the advertising/logo. Some kits contain a Testors color painting guide also, but it is not specific to any model.

Features full cockpit, gun bay and engine detail, removable panels, opening door and external stores. NOTE: this kit has minor and very neat assembly- the bomb halves are built. The quality of the work is 'professional.' There is no other assembly. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present.

Details are metal and PE brass. The best way to think of this kit is that it is a diorama; there is no 'free-standing' sub model, it is part of the molded resin display. The photo shows the assembled and painted kit.

Still factory sealed. Hard to find. Early issue from the late 1950s/early 1960s. Kit includes both models. The Antoinette was the first plane in the world to attain an altitude of 500 feet, and the Voisin made the first city-to-city powered flight. These are unique and accurate kits. The original internal frame structure and details of the aircraft is built from injection molded plastic. When complete, it is covered with a very strong fabric which is included. The result is a very realistic aircraft.

Quality (fit of parts, paint finish and detail) is superior to Franklin Mint. When I saw this kit had never been removed from the packaging, I did not open it. If any of the paperwork is important to you, let me know before you purchase and I will check for you. Includes a pilot figure and a decorative display base. Never removed and complete. The small parts are still in the factory sealed bags.

Has markings for the very colorful box art aircraft which is from the famous Vienna Air Raid of WWI. The SVA-5 was a highly successful Italian WWI design that saw service up to 1929. The aircraft was very fast for its time and the Italians wisely used it for strategic recon and bombing. the SVA-5 flew legendary missions over 500 miles in length, returning with valuable photos. After the war, the aircraft was flown by Argentina, Brazil, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Holland, Peru, Poland, the Soviet Union, Spain and the United States. One even flew from Rome to Tokyo. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Revell Lockheed F-94C Starfire - Pre 'S' Kit, 1/56, H210-79

1954 Pre-S issue. This is the third issue. The first issue was in the simple one-piece box and Revell quickly converted to this two-piece box as it was much more durable and a full-color lithographed 'slick' could be used. For the second issue, Revell added rivet and raised panel line detail as well as landing gear, and went to this box and H210-79 kit number. The famous 'Globe' clear stand was added, but the 2nd issue has the rare one piece stand arm and the instructions reflecting that. The 3rd issue (this kit) is identical to the 2nd issue except that the 'Globe' stand was changed to the sturdy 3 piece arm version. The model has never been started. The parts are either still in the factory sealed bag or have been inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

Berkeley Privateer Flying Boat - 36 Inch Wingspan Flying Aircraft

Originally designed as a .035 to .074 gas-powered model for free flight, it can be converted to electric power and modern R/C. Features precision cut wood parts, die cut windshield, shaped and notched leading and trailing edges, NACA 'Long Planing Hull' design, all sheet balsa fuselage, self-draining hull and sponsons, metal motor mount and beautiful stamped metal nacelle, full sized plans, decal and more. Never started and complete. Berkeley is a very famous manufacturer of flying model kits from the Golden Age of flying aviation, about 1932-1954. Founded in 1933 by William Effinger, the company was quite progressive in producing quality kits - it was likely the Berkeley 'Buccaneer' was the first gas powered model in kit form. In the later 1930s, Effinger acquired the services of a very talented Henry Struck. Struck went on to design numerous award-winning kits under the Berkeley name. Berkeley weathered the post WWII recession and emerged as a major kit producer in the late 1940 and 1950s. These were great years for Berkeley and they produced some incredible and large kits. The company went bankrupt in about 1960 however. Fox engines (Duke Fox) bought the company and released the kits alongside his own FOX models and engines. This arrangement did not last, and in the early 1960s the Berkeley name disappeared from hobby shop shelves.

Features diecut balsa and plywood parts, balsa blocks cut to rough shape, diecut celluloid windshields, cloth hinges, rubber wheels, shaped and notched trailing edges, three big sheets of full color fuel proof decals, formed wire main and tail landing gear, metal stock and a giant plan sheet with instructions. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all the parts listed but NOTE: missing small hardware packet. Otherwise complete. Features fully detailed F-2 Tandem suspension, operating "Select-A-Point" sliding suspension, air brake system with flexible lines, mud guards, rear doors that open realistically, two position support assembly either 'raised' or lowered for static display and more. Molded in white, chrome plate, red-tinted clear and with rubber tires and metal axles. Never started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in factory sealed bags. The parts that were never factory sealed (the largest trailer parts & chrome and clear) have been inventoried complete. With instructions and decals in amazing 'near mint+' condition.

Original 1970s issue with the best mold quality; not a reissue. Super detailed truck with over 250 parts and over 100 in chrome. Features full rolling chassis build up just like the real truck, tilting sleeper cab, dual exhaust, fifth wheel assembly, hollow vinyl truck tires, and fully detailed cab with air ride driver's seat and sleeper compartment. Never started. One bag of white parts is still factory sealed. The other bag of white parts had a tear, so I opened it and inventoried it complete. The chrome and clear were never factory sealed and are also inventoried compete. With 'near mint' condition decals and instructions.
