1977 Revell Takara Japan issue with high-gloss box art only seen on this release. Like most of Revell Japan kits, it has special features. First, there is greatly expanded decal sheet and paint guide that covers 3 French aircraft from different colorful squadrons in 1916 and 1917; there is also a section entitled 'More Modeling' which includes paint guides for (2) different 1916 aircraft. Can be converted to remote control operational if you wish (R/C gear not provided). There is no assembly but NOTE: crew figures have the sink holes neatly filled. No other work has been done. The box has water damage but the kit, instructions and decals (stickers) are excellent with no damage. Built in the 1960s, the PT-815 was one of 15 JSDF craft in use till the early 1990s.

N.K. Tichonravov lead the design team for this rocket powered interceptor in 1940. It actually had a mixed power plant of one liquid fuel rocket engine and two VS Zujev pulsejets. Due to power plant problem, the prototype was only flown as a glider. Armament was heavy with four 20mm cannons. The flight characteristics during testing were excellent. Never started and the parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions.
