The F2F wings were of shorter span and resulted in fantastic roll rates. The high-performance ship was flown for Gulf Oil by the famous stunt pilot Al Williams. It is now in the National Air and Space Museum. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.

1972 Japanese issue hardbox issue. Revell of Japan kit usually included special features and this one is no exception. First, it has a large and beautiful full color painting guide. Secondly, it has a very large decal sheet for 5 very colorful aircraft. The model is very nicely detailed for that time featuring full engine detail with removable cowling panels, complete cockpit, optional position landing gear and canopy, detailed gear wells, well done and realistic under-wing radiator and rotating wheels & propeller.
