Hard-to-find kit. The Mabel was the rival of the Nakajima B1N1 in the 1935 fleet carrier-based aircraft competition. It borrowed much from the Northrop B5 bomber which was imported at the time. The aircraft served only from land bases in China and as training units when WWII began. The model features all fine recessed surface detail, excellent cockpit and crew stations, twin row engine, optional bomb or torpedo load and more. Includes paint guide and decals for an aircraft in Hainan China during 1942. Never started and the parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.
