The Walrus was the first British Naval Spotter aircraft to be built for carrier use after the end of WWI. First flown in 1920, the Walrus was a very reworked DH-9. It carried a new engine and a new rear fuselage for the observer in the lower 'bath tub'. The wings were detachable on either side of the center for storage. Very high quality kit with detail better than many injection molded kits. Has full interior detail. Includes full decals, many cast metal details and plenty of shaped strut material. Complete and never started.
