Contrail 1/72 Blackburn Ripon and Baffin (Two Kits) plastic model kit

1/72 Contrail Blackburn Ripon and Baffin (Two Kits)

Vacuform Model Kit,   Box Condition: Exc++

Very nice vacuform model contains both kits. The Blackburn Ripon IIC was a float or land based FAA torpedo bomber that entered service in 1931. 31 were build and served in 810, 812 FAA Squadrons. The Baffin was the successor too the Ripon. The same airframe was used but the forward fuselage was redesigned to fit the radial engine. Well molded model with optional floats or wheels. Includes metal details and decals for three aircraft, including a Baffin in Middle Eastern service in 1937 from No. 810 Squadron. Never started and complete. Vacuform kits are only recommended for modelers who are experienced with this type of model. Special skills and scratch building experience are required.
