Includes colorful decals for Shell Oil Corporate Aircraft or RAF version. Very nicely detailed and molded kit. Features optional position cabin door, interior cockpit, pilots and rear bulkhead, separately molded rudder, elevators and ailerons, retractable landing gear, rotating propellers, boarding stairs and four nicely molded passengers. The Heron was the result of a larger and redesigned Dove and first flew in 1950. It's ability to operate from rough fields and ease of maintenance quickly make it a favorite for feeder and independent airlines in the UK and overseas. Heron IIs were also selected by the RAF for the Queens Flight, which is a statement to it's reliability and safety. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.
