This model is from recent molds and is very impressive; most consider it the finest 1/48 F-111 kit ever produced. It features all recessed detail, excellent cockpit, optional position canopy, detailed radar with removable nose, detailed main and nose gear wells, separately molded leading edge slats and trailing edge flaps, optional position wing spoilers, detailed internal weapons bay with optional position doors, a variety of fuel tanks & ECM pods and decals for the box art aircraft. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.
