Many companies tried to produce fully prefabricated flying model kits that would really fly. Of all these attempts, only Top Flite succeeded with the late 1950s 'JIGTIME' flying rubber free-flight model series. The Jigtime series were highly prefabricated 3D (not profile), all balsa models with no tissue. The tissue, rib and spar method was eliminated and it is built off of central jigs with all parts factory pre-painted with a colorful design. Includes wing with built-in dihedral, factory-painted camouflage, full color decals, clear vac canopy (in excellent condition, not yellowed), plastic propeller and spinner, fully finished wheels, thrust button, wire landing gear and propeller hanger/shaft, rubber motor and more. The kit has not been started. Complete with all parts and excellent instructions.
