Wood Model Kit, Box Condition: Good+
From about 1944. This is a deluxe solid wood model in big quarter scale. It features beautiful, completely finished hardwood fuselage, two cut-to-shape balsa wings and three tail feathers, cast metal three-blade propellers, fully formed wheels, vacuform canopy (in excellent condition, which is very rare), wood and metal stock as necessary, corked glass bottles of glue and paint, color insignia sheet and very large full-size plans that include stabilizer, wing and wing cross sections, aircraft description and spec and even text instructions. Never started and complete. NOTE: at one point the very top of the glue bottle broke off; there are glue stains on the two horizontal stabilizers and one wheel. The color insignia sheet was damaged by the glue and is in 'poor' condition. Master Modelcraft Supply Company made wooden model aircraft and ships and listed their address as N.Y. 66, New York during the early 1950s.
