Never started and all parts are still in the factory sealed bag. With decals and instructions (NOTE: instructions have adult color notes written on them). The Arii 1/48 Frank is from the original Otaki molds and is never started and inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. The ESCI HS-129 has never been started. It has been inventoried and NOTE: missing two tiny parts, the two cannon barrels. Easily replace with metal tubing. Otherwise complete with all other parts, decals and instructions present.
