Sold new on August 20, 1982 from Tower Hobbies Very large wingspan kit that looks much like the Curtiss Robin but is in fact not; it's just similar, hence the name 'Robinhood.' Designed for R/C and .25 size gasoline engines (if you know how and have the hardware, it can be converted to electric power. Features die-cut balsa parts, die-cut plywood parts, die-cut clear windows, pre-formed wire landing gear, Dave Brown motor mount, nylon wing hold-down pin, nylon tail skid, ailerons and much more. Includes full size plans and a heavily illustrated 24 page instruction booklet. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes 'Robinhood' stickers and instructions. Please NOTE: this kit comes in a very sturdy box which is how it was originally shipped. Unless you otherwise specify, I will wrap it in brown paper and ship it this way. If you need it put inside a shipping box, please let me know during checkout in the special request box. The shipping will be more if it is placed into a another box.
