Features detailed cockpit, two-piece canopy, wings that swing, gear well detail, very good intake and exahust, (6) AIM-54 Phoenix, (4) AIM-7 Sparrow and (2) AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles and more. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. Hasegawa usually has very straight-forward paint guides and decals; this kit is not so. While only recently unsealed & opened, it does contain decals for the box art aircraft and another from USS Ranger; however the painting and markings guide on the instructions shows two different aircraft.
