The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Wireless Bedford box contains two kits. One kit is never started and still in the factory sealed bags. NOTE: kit #2 is loose and started and NOT inventoried. The loose kit is sold as-is, hence the low price.
