C6 StromBecker Boeing 314 Clipper - Pan Am

NOTE: builder kit only. Please read carefully for the condition. Very rare. Most likely from the late 1930s. StromBecker was famous for their line of precarved hardwood kits and they are considered the finest ever made. The carving is done to the final shape which makes them remarkably pre-fabricated. This one features a completely carved to shape fuselage, wings & horizontal & vertical stabilizers, four metal propellers and high-quality instructions. When built it makes an impressive desk top display. Never started It has been inventoried and NOTE: missing all four engine nacelles and the center vertical stabilizer (the two outboards ones are present). Otherwise complete with all other parts and includes instructions. NOTE: instructions are photocopies. Many of these early StromBecker kits did not come with insignia or decals; this one is no exception.
