NOTE: a perfect builder kit only, not collectible. Please read carefully for the condition. Nicely detailed Airfix kit with decals for three versions - US Navy HS-4 Squadron, US navy HS-10 Squadron and Coast Guard Air-Sea Rescue. Kit features rotating main and tail rotors, cockpit and interior detail including cargo deck, opening side doors, cargo net on side hoist, and working dipping sonar assembly (when you turn the rotor, it comes out of the bay and lowers - you can raise it by turning the rotors in the opposite direction). NOTE: this kit has been started. The pilot, control sticks, seats and instrument panel are glued to the floor and that assembly is painted. The pontoon halves are assembled and inside of those is painted. There is no other assembly. The inside of the fuselage halves, bulkhead and inside of the door are painted but all the paint is sloppy. (I like to remove paint with spray-on oven cleaner, either generic or 'Easy-Off' brand). There is no other painting or assembly. Inventoried 100% complete with parts, decals and instructions present. The decals are in amazing 'near mint++' condition which is very rare for any 1970s Profile Series kit. However, always take precautions before using any older kit decals.
