Rare. From the 1930s through the 1950s Strombecker produced the world's finest highly prefabricated hardwood model kits. The B-29 is Strombecker's flagship aircraft model. Features completely carved to final shape fuselage, wings with airfoil, four engine nacelles, tail feathers, turrets, gun sighting blisters, wing flaps and more, four plastic propellers, tricycle landing gear with all gear doors, weighted nose, a very large, full color extensive decal sheet and the original, sealed envelopes of casien glue. Includes the excellent, large format detailed instructions. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.
