1966 hardbox issue. This is the super-secret aircraft that developed into SR-71 and pioneered the AWG-9/Phoenix missile system for the legendary F-14 Tomcat. This kit features removable nose and detailed radar, extended or retracted landing gear and ventral fin, two Hughes AIM-47A nuclear missiles, optional position weapons bay doors and crew busts. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.
