Rare and very large kit that can be built as any one of the sister ships listed. True scale model can be made R/C or static display. The model is plank-on-frame construction and features plywood and balsa parts, planking strips, other wood as required, molded polyester (i.e. resin) parts for gun mounts, torpedo tubes and gun director, vacuum formed styrene parts for ladders, stairs, hanger door, radar dish and more, 5-bladed 2" brass propeller, stuffing box, drive shaft, rudder assembly, anchors, chain, numbered decal sheet, flag and more. Because of the common scale, many super detail fittings are available to make this a true museum piece (extra fittings not included.) There are even super-detailed 3D printed parts on Shapeways.com! Never been started. The small parts are still in the factory sealed bags. The parts that were never factory sealed have been inventoried complete.
