Rare. Oddly, this are the exact same parts tree and part number as "Custom Car Bumpers And Grilles" but called "Tubular Bumpers and Grilles." Narrow box version of the early 1960s. All parts are chrome plated and the instructions are on the reverse of the card. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts.
