1/72 K301 KeilKraft Aveling And Porter Steam Road Roller - (Steam Tractor)
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Exc
Nicely molded steam engine from the 1970s or 80s. NOTE: this kit has minor and 'professional' quality subassembly as follows: engine block and flywheel assembled; boiler assembled. There is no other assembly. Inventoried with all plastic parts and instructions included but NOTE: missing the two tiny decals. KeilKraft was produced by the E. Keil & Company, Limited of Wickford, Essex Great Britain. Keil specialized in stick and tissue scale flying models and gliders. However, they moved into injection molded kits after WWII. Four aircraft kits were planned but only two were released. This Hurricane was the first one, followed by F2, a Sopwith Camel. The Stuka and Chipmunk were never issued. The vehicle line was more extensive, with at least part of the line consisting of Type T Coach, Road Roller, Traction Engine, Steam Wagon, Ploughing Engine and West Ham Tram.
