Very nicely detailed and accurate kit with great box art. Hard box is dated 1963, which is the first issue date. This kit is still considered one of the finest and accurate Bismarck kits ever made, and so it is very popular as a 'classic build.' NOTE: this kit has minor and very neat assembly. The hull halves prop shafts and rudders have been assembled. Quality of assembly is 'professional' and straight; the decks fit perfectly. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present.
