Very large-scale 1957 'S' first issue. Nicely molded and detailed for that time. Features 'Hat-In-The-Ring' 94th Aero Squadron markings for Captain Eddie Rickenbacker's aircraft, detailed Hispano-Suiza engine, removable inspection panels, detailed machine guns, full cockpit, rotating wheels and prop, very fine 'fabric' detailing over ribs and stringers, rigging material and full rigging instructions. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Some decals have typical age microcracking.
