1999 reissue from when Crafthouse owned Lindberg. This is a large and nicely done kit from the original early 1960s molds, and Crafthouse was thoughtful enough to mold it in all the right colors, almost exactly as the box top shows. This kit is motorized with rear wheel drive- the electric motor is perfectly hidden in the V8 engine block and drives the rear wheels through the drive shaft and working differential; the floor-mounted gear shift actually works to engage the transmission. The batteries are stored in the rear fuel tank. Features working steering, light up headlights, rolling chassis build up just like the actual car, super detailed engine with ignition wiring, full interior, very nice dash with decals for all gauge faces, custom body, optional top with convertible top bows and more. Molded in dark red, white, black, clear, chrome plate (four big sprues) and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.
